Using only the highest quality ingredients, we've wrapped our delicious, super premium ice cream with a soft, sweetened dough called mochi for the perfectly proportioned bite of happiness. Over 30 years later we now make all our special frozen treats on the mainland to keep up with our growing demand, but we work tirelessly to ensure we keep the spirit of Aloha alive with every bite. Rest assured that on top of using only premium, high quality ingredients, our mochi ice cream is gluten-free, kosher and does not use ingredients genetically modified through the use of modern biotechnology.
