Tender baby Asian chard-cabbage. Baby bok choy has white crunchy stems and dark spinach-like leaves. It is usually stir-fried, steamed or sauteed and served as a side dish. It is also very popular in soups. Baby bok choy are more tender than the larger bok choy varieties. Low in fat. High in vitamin A. High in vitamin C. Source of fiber. Grown by Channel Island Farms.
