Amy's Kitchen was started when our daughter Amy was born in 1987. Our first dish was the traditional pot pie. Amy has grown a lot since then and so has the popularity of that original Vegetable Pot Pie. Now, especially for those who prefer a dairy free, lower fat version of this all-time favorite, here is a delicious pie with a tender flaky wheat crust that's dairy free and contains 30% less fat than our original pot pie. Everything else is the same, the organic vegetables, the marinated organic tofu and the creamy sauce delicately flavored with a blend of herbs and spices. Most of all, this pie is made with the same careful attention and commitment to quality that's been the hallmark of Amy's Kitchen since we began. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home.
