This wine has abundant black cherry, raspberry and gingerbread and a velvety body finish with balanced acidity. This wine pairs well with paella and Tuscan marinated roast pork loin. Alc. 14.5% by vol. Vinted and bottled by Simi winery, Geyserville, California.
