Named for the original water channel connecting two historic vineyards, our Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the windy Arroyo Seco in Monterey County. Here the cool climate and sandy, well-drained soils foster bright acidity and aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, green apple, and sweet herbs.
