Bright pear and spice flavors are tempered by a fruit forward sweetness. It's perfect with spicy pork or fish dishes, apres-ski with hors d' oeuvres, and with fiery Asian noodles. Three generations of Hogues have farmed the fertile, volcanic soils of the Columbia Valley in south central Washington State.
