Brewhouse: Beer is brewed through a vessel system over the course of a few hours. Hops added to the kettle for balance, bitterness, and aroma. 2. Fermentation: Lasts up to 21 days. Yeast breaks down the natural sugars, converting them to alcohol. Fermentation tank. 3. The Extra: Next, we add loads of hops to our tank and circulate the entire batch through that fresh hop addition, and send it back into the fermentation tank. Brite Tank: Finished beer is sent to the brite tank where it gets to rest for a few days before we send that lip smackin' liquid on to that bottle, can, or pint glass you're holding.
